Miss World Kenya feted back home

morning, the tall and stunning Wavinya Mariah walks in, brightening the room with her
Having performed exemplary at the just concluded Miss World Beauty Pageant
in London, the 18 year old beauty jetted back in the country early Monday morning.
The breakfast which was held in her honour was to celebrate the fact that she emerged as the
sixth most beautiful girl in the world. In attendance was His Excellency the Governor for Nyandarua Francis Kimemia accompanied by some of his cabinet ministers as well as the First Lady.
The Miss World Kenya Franchise owner Terry Mungai who accompanied the beauty to London
thanked everyone who had a hand in ensuring Wavinya put Kenya on the global map.
“I am grateful that I got this opportunity to represent my country at a global level. It was not easy
but I thank God I made it thus far”, said an ecstatic Wavinya.
